Hospice Medical Director
Goshen Health seeks a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Provider to act as our next Medical Director for Home Care and Hospice. This is a 0.3 FTE role that is responsible for the direction and coordination of Hospice medical care provided and for developing and upholding medical concepts as related to Hospice care. The Medical Director shall serve as a consultant and advisor to the Hospice program. This role is primarily administrative in nature, with the majority of the direct care provided by Nurse Practitioners employed by the Hospice.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and Licensed in the state of Indiana (Board Certification in Hospice and palliative medicine preferred).
- After hours call coverage to consult with hospice and home care nurses regarding patient care and symptom management as scheduled. Call coverage will not exceed 1 weekend per month and weekly call will not exceed 1 week per month.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal landscape of Hospice practices as it relates to operations.
