What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Goshen City Behavioral Health?
Goshen City Behavioral Health is seeking eager, outgoing and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) interested in making a difference in the community. Our goal is to provide high quality behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and help them grow to their fullest potential. Ideal candidates will already possess registered behavior technician credentials and be registered as a rendering provider with Indiana Medicaid; however, we are willing to assist the right candidate through the credentialing process. With this position, you’ll be working in our downtown Goshen center implementing programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Requirements:
· High School Diploma (minimum); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field (preferred)
· Registered Behavior Technician Certification (preferred)
· Enrolled with Indiana Medicaid as a rendering provider (preferred)
· Passion to provide quality care to individuals in need
· Enjoyment working with kids
· Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals
· Excellent time management skills
