President of UAC

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic President of UAC to lead our Building Controls, Service Special Projects, and Service divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety
• Implement processes and best practices to optimize service delivery and compliance with industry standards
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities
• Client Relations & Satisfaction:
• Address client needs promptly, ensuring exceptional service and project outcomes
• Use client feedback to improve services and engagement
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions for profitabilityRequirements:
• Strong leadership skills
• Expertise in building automation systems, smart building technologies, and energy management, along with knowledge of sustainable building practices and advanced building controls
• A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams across various service functions, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet strategic goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Communicates effectively and collaborates with executive leaders, clients, and stakeholders, bringing strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence across all organizational levels
