We have several seasonal positions that are Full-Time positions in our Beaver Creek Store located in the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek Resort in Avon, Colorado.

If you have experience in selling Ski and Casual Designer Apparel, Ski accessories, Gifts and Home furnishings, this is a great opportunity to join our Gorsuch family of retail professionals. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with an interest in style, quality, a passion for fashion and the mountain lifestyle to join our team providing the ultimate luxury experience for our clientele.

Job Duties Include:

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the customer experience.
• Work closely with Merchandising Team on special orders and in home deliveries.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to educate, inspire and work with our clientele.
• Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes staging and merchandising, sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Skilled communication in English and Spanish a plus with excellent follow up and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work in busy environment.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $25- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Winter Shifts are 7.5 hours 5 days a week. Tue through Sat or Sun through Thurs.

10 am to 6pm

11 am to 7pm

12 pm to 8pm

Full time 5 days a week 37.5 to 40 hrs. per week. Overtime during peak selling / holiday season.

Full Time 4 days a week 30 to 36 hrs. per week .

Part Time 3 days a week 22 to 27 hrs. per week.

Part Time 2 days a week 15 to 18 hrs. per week.

Salary : $25 - $30
