Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist with incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Calendar management, scheduling appointments, answering phones and greeting clients.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Transcribing or taking accurate notes from clients or calls.
- Preparing Estate Binders and municipals appearance.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office processes.
Requirements
- Previous office experience, clerical experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- High School diploma or equivalent required with further education in Office Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
