Key Responsibilities

Lead product development strategy and execution under secure SDLC guidelines.

Create and manage work plans, milestones, and deliverables based on stakeholder needs.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery compliance.

Coordinate with small‑to‑medium enterprise teams beyond bare‑bones development.

Communicate effectively with DoD customers and translate technical scope into product features.
Minimum Qualifications & Clearance

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Bachelor's degree 12 years experience, or Master's 10 years.

8 years in software development or development management.
Desired Skills & Experience

Extensive experience on DoD programs.

Strong grasp of secure SDLC, product lifecycle, and implementation principles.

Comfort working with CI/CD and small enterprise settings.
Must Have an ACTIVE TS/SCI With CI Poly.
Salary : $190,000 - $205,000
