Gorman Group Realtors is a top producing Real Estate team in South Jersey powered by Keller Williams that specializes in the Investment space. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Field Representative to join our team and assist with the daily field operations for our Investor clients and properties. You do not need to have a license for this position, but you do need to have work ethic, be reliable and hustle. We cover the entire state. Overview of the position:

· Visit Properties to assess condition, take notes/photos, and estimate prep needed to get market ready

· Record walkthrough videos of newly acquired properties and Prepare property condition reports

· Handy work related to assisting with boarding up properties, changing locks, and general maintenance of property

· Assist in lockouts and Evictions as necessary

· Monitor properties for completion of clean outs and repairs by managing crews to prepare property for the market

· Provide access to properties for necessary inspections and marketing needs.

· Handle duties related to cash for keys negotiations as necessary

· Handle tenant and/or occupant communications for showings of the property.

· Place signs and lockboxes on newly marketed properties

· Perform weekly checkups on properties

· Act as eyes and boots on the ground for the office, especially for problem-solving.

· Handle onsite logistics with a strong sense of ownership and judgement.

REQUIREMENTS

· Must have a phone, car, valid DL, and car insurance

· Ability to start as soon as possible

· Basic tools on hand (Flashlight, drill, etc)

· Calm under pressure and highly responsive

· Fluency in Spanish is a major plus

· Police, security or military background a plus

· Position will require candidate to be “on call” on occasional weekends

· Occasional travel throughout the state as we cover all of NJ. (No Overnight)

· Real Estate savvy with a strong sense of home values and renovation budgets

· Street smart – Knows how to work with people in delicate or nontraditional living situations

· Excellent problem-solver who thrives on “figuring it out”

· Comfortable making judgement calls and owning the outcome

· Previous experience or knowledge of project management, construction coordination, or eviction related work a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
