CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH: WTA Hitting Partner & Travel Coach
STRICT PLAYER MANDATES (DO NOT APPLY IF UNQUALIFIED):
- UTR Level: 12.5 UTR minimum required (13.0 UTR strongly preferred / former ATP points or top D1 college background).
- Handedness & Strokes: Right-handed with a 2-handed backhand only.
- Playstyle: Hard court specialist (heavy baseline pace & high intensity).
Role Overview:
Full-time traveling hitting partner & assistant coach for a top WTA prospect (close to Top 100). Works directly under the player’s Head Coach during global tour travel.
EQ & Personality:
Easygoing, adaptable, highly professional, and emotionally mature. Must smoothly handle heavy tour travel and close family dynamics (mother travels full-time) with total composure.
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly salary (based on level/experience)
- 100% of tour expenses covered (flights, single hotel room, daily per diem)
