📅 Projected Start Date: Fall 2025Our brand-new Tukwila facility is slated to open this fall—be among the first to join our growing volleyball program!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- ✔️ Assist the Head Volleyball Coach in leading structured, high-energy training sessions and seasonal camps.
- ✔️ Coach athletes of various skill levels—from beginners to advanced players.
- ✔️ Run drills, skill development exercises, and team-building activities.
- ✔️ Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all athletes.
- ✔️ Offer constructive feedback to build players’ confidence and skills.
- ✔️ Help manage daily operations: equipment setup, breakdown, and overall court logistics.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ A passion for volleyball and a strong desire to mentor young athletes.
- ✅ Prior coaching experience or high-level playing background required.
- ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- ✅ Reliable, organized, and energetic coaching presence.
- ✅ Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season, with flexibility for tournaments and camps.
