Position Overview
This is not a traditional superintendent role.
We are looking for a strong field operations leader who can oversee manpower, production, scheduling, quality control, and communication across multiple active projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, production-focused, and capable of leading crews, foremen, and subcontractors while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field production across multiple crews and active projects
- Manage foremen, labor teams, and subcontractor relationships
- Coordinate manpower allocation and project scheduling
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and production reviews
- Monitor project progress and ensure production goals are achieved
- Enforce quality control standards and jobsite expectations
- Maintain clear communication between field operations and office staff
- Assist with training, coaching, and development of field personnel
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Ensure jobsites remain organized, professional, and safe
- Drive accountability, urgency, and performance throughout the field organization
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Proven experience in construction production management or field operations leadership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Multifamily renovation, maintenance, or service-related construction experience strongly preferred
