Position Type: W2 (Base Commission) or 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only)

Gorilla Roofing is seeking driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Consultants who know how to build relationships, close deals, and create exceptional customer experiences. Whether your background is in construction, real estate, B2B sales, or property management, this is your opportunity to bring it into the roofing and storm restoration space.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and community connections.
Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections (training provided).
Educate clients on roofing options, insurance restoration, and construction timelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
Prepare and present professional proposals that align with client needs.
Manage your pipeline from lead to close, ensuring follow-through and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in outside sales, account management, or business development (required).
Experience in roofing, construction, or related trades is a plus—but not mandatory.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship skills.
Driven, organized, and self-motivated with a high sense of ownership.
Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within territory.
