What You'll Do
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and community connections
Build trust-based relationships with homeowners and business owners
Guide clients through the inspection and restoration process
Learn and apply effective sales strategies tailored to your personality and strengths
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently close deals
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, confident, and excellent at building rapport
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive
Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Physically able to carry and climb a ladder
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Sales or customer service background preferred—but not required
Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not necessary—we’ll teach you
