CNC Operator Machinist

  Gorilla Gaming is a Rhode Island based company that builds gaming tables for many individuals and some of the top casinos in the country.  We are looking for a CNC Operator with the ability to also assemble was CAD experience.

·      Ability to create 2D Designs using CAD software

·      Experience with CNC Operation in a wood shop environment

·      Follow standard work with attention to detail and quality

·      Tackle every task with a continuous improvement mindset

·      Ability to communicate with team to drive continuous production of the correct products with minimal wasted time and materials

·      Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation

·      Adhere to safe work practices

·      CNC Machine is a Laguna Smartshop 5’ x 10’ with Vacuum Table.

Skills/Proficiencies:

·      At least 3 years as a machine operator

·      Experience with general G Code a must

·      Experience in a wood workshop environment

·      Basic knowledge of carpentry is necessary

·      Knowledge of CAMBAM and VCARVE is a plus.  Otherwise, please advise the program you are used to working with.

Recommendations:

·      Experience with general G Code
