Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at Gorilla Contracting, located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Production Manager will coordinate and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's high standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, quality control, supervising team members, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Time Management, and Organizational skills
- Experience in Construction Management, Building Trades, and Quality Control
- Strong Leadership and Team Supervision abilities
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Understanding of Safety Regulations and Compliance
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in budget management and cost control is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
