- Accurately input data into various databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets using fast and precise typing skills
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and correct processing of customer requests
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records, including digital files and paper files
- Collect, verify, and update data from multiple sources to ensure database integrity
- Perform clerical tasks such as data collection, transcription, filing, and data validation
- Utilize pivot tables and other Excel tools to analyze data trends and generate reports for management
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering clear information and solutions
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with a focus on data entry or customer service
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including pivot tables)
- Experience working with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume typing with accuracy under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with basic math skills for data verification and order processing tasks
- Previous experience in office organization, filing systems, or data collection projects is preferred
