Responsibilities
- Process automotive sales paperwork, including titles, registrations, and lien releases, ensuring compliance with state transportation regulations
- Manage title processing workflows accurately and efficiently using industry-standard software such as CDK and Microsoft Office tools
- Assist customers with title questions, document submissions, and provide clear communication throughout the transaction process
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and dealership documentation for audit readiness
- Support sales teams by managing inventory control, retail math calculations, and updating the sales pipeline to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, cashiering, phone etiquette, and general office organization to ensure seamless daily operations
- Collaborate with external agencies and clients to facilitate outbound sales efforts and client communication initiatives
Experience
- Prior experience in automotive repair or dealership environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated sales management experience with a focus on high-end or retail sales environments
- Proficiency in automotive sales paperwork processing and inventory management systems like CDK or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (bilingual) and multilingual contexts to serve diverse client needs
- Experience in outside sales or outbound sales strategies to expand dealership reach and customer base
- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, including state transportation laws and inventory control procedures
