We’re Looking For Team Members Who Are:
- Friendly, reliable, and respectful
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and follow a proven cleaning system
- Coachable, positive, and committed to doing their best
- Comfortable with light physical activity (walking, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs)
Compensation & Hours:
- Training: $16/hour (first 10 hands-on cleanings)
- After Training: $17/hour
- Pay Increase: : Based on performance and attendance
- Travel Between Jobs: Paid at $7.25/hour (via GPS-tracked app)
Scheduling Requirements:
- Available between 9 AM – 3 PM, Monday to Friday (you choose days)
- Optional: One rotating Saturday morning per month (not required)
Service Area & Transportation:
- We serve homes across the Main Line: Bryn Mawr to Exton
- Travel between homes may be required (paid time between jobs)
- We aim to schedule you near your home when possible
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and smartphone with data
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable reading/speaking English
