Gores Construction, Inc. is looking for a skilled Construction Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working with a positive and productive team.

Pay
$24–$29 per hour, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced carpentry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Install structures and fixtures including windows, doors, siding, trim, and decks
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal flashing, and other materials
- Build and repair building frameworks including walls, floors, roofs, and deck framing
- Inspect and replace damaged structural components and fixtures
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
- Safely use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and installations
- Work from ladders, scaffolding, and pump jacks when necessary
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience
- Experience installing siding and trim
- Ability to safely operate standard carpentry tools and power tools
- Must own basic hand tools and power tools (drill and skill saw)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to be insured under the company’s auto insurance policy
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

Schedule
- 8-hour shift
· Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
