What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slickwater Frac Equipment Operator CDL REQUIRED position at Gore Nitrogen Pumping Service, LLC?
Job Summary:You will be trained on all tasks required on location. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring and maintaining essential equipment, assisting with rigging operations, and ensuring job site safety. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A CDL is required, or two years of frac experience. Schedule is two weeks on, and one week off.
Job duties are below:
Fuel System:
· Monitor tank levels on all fluid pumps and equipment.
· Fuel any equipment not connected to the gravity system.
· Walk fuel lines to inspect for leaks and assist with troubleshooting.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing trash and clutter.
Luber System:
· Inspect and refill luber systems on pumps.
· Rig up or down grease lines when pumps need to be moved.
· Regularly clean grease pans to prevent overflow.
· Properly dispose of buckets used to catch grease.
Pump Maintenance:
· Assist with maintenance and upkeep of fluid ends.
· Learn and perform pump maintenance tasks as instructed.
· Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures when working on equipment.
· Keep pump maintenance tools organized and in working condition.
Chemical Handling:
· Accurately gauge chemical tankers, acid tanks, and chemical inventory using strap sticks.
· Perform duties with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
· Ensure all lines are properly secured with zip ties or tape.
· Maintain proper containment for all chemicals.
· Dispose of chemical waste safely and according to regulations.
Equipment Operation:
· Inspect, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs on assigned equipment.
· Communicate effectively with mechanics and team members about equipment issues.
· Maintain strong communication and situational awareness to make quick, informed decisions.
· Uphold a professional attitude when interacting with company representatives and team members.
Rigging Up/Down:
· Assist in rigging down iron and necessary equipment upon job completion.
· If CDL-certified, assist in transporting equipment to the next location.
· Help rig up all necessary equipment for the next job.
· Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Varies by job site and operational needs.
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Outdoor work environment with exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Experience:
- Hydraulic Fracturing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
