• Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on your experience

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a crew while installing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality
• Manage job paperwork, material tracking, job costing, and on-site organization
• Mentor and guide other installers to maintain high performance and professional standards
• Deliver installations that create happy, satisfied customers

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of residential retrofit installation experience
• At least 1 year of experience with furnaces / forced air systems
• At least 1 year of experience with A/C and refrigeration systems
• EPA Type 2 Certification
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to comfortably work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of ductwork / sheet metal fabrication experience
• 2 years of hot water piping installation experience
• Experience designing and laying out projects for new construction and remodels
• Background working on high-end custom homes
