Responsibilities

CLASS B ( 22FT FLAT WITH MOFFIT)
AND NON CDL 26 FT BOX TRUCK
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other delivery vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques to ensure product integrity.
- Deliver goods to customers efficiently along assigned routes, maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, route details, and load/unload activities for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
Experience
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong track record of safe driving and reliable route execution.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations moving goods, and operating equipment like forklifts ( CDL POSITION ONLY )or pallet jacks and heavy lifting.( BOX TRUCK position )
- Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of route planning and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely and efficiently during load/unload processes. ( BOX TRUCK)

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
