We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicle and deliver products across designated routes.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during delivery
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation of goods.
Requirements
- Valid
driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred, especially with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Experience with warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and moving items safely.
- Knowledge of route driving and familiarity with local areas is advantageous.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks related to loading/unloading cargo.
- Prior experience in delivery driver roles or courier services is highly desirable. This position requires a dedicated individual capable of managing physical tasks while maintaining excellent customer interactions and adhering to safety standards.
