Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile cryptocurrency records to create financial and tax reporting.
- Trace transactions through public ledgers/blockchain.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting of cryptocurrency activity.
- Help develop accounting processes for novel cryptocurrency transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support accountants in maintaining client accounts and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Aid in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and prepare reports for clients.
- Help maintain organized documentation and filing systems for client records.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements:
