- Prepare personal financial statements and tax documents

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- EA or CPA designation is a plus (not required)
- 2–5 years of experience in personal accounting, tax preparation, or financial planning support
- Experience working directly with clients, especially individuals
- Proficient in working with multiple systems
- Strong spreadsheet and data organization skills
- Trustworthy and discrete with sensitive financial information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-experts
- Work closely with individuals and businesses to make a direct impact on their financial well-being
