Qualifications
- Experience in litigation support, case management, and new matter intake process.
- Familiarity with the Iowa State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Experience with court eFile; state and federal courts.
- Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, and all other professional staff.
- Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.
- Provide general office support, maintain and organize files, scan/copy documents, maintain calendars, prepare expense reports, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
