Client Account Specialist

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a Client Account Specialist for its Marlton, NJ office. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, demonstrate good judgment, and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients while managing collections. This is a part-time position where the candidate will be expected to work 20-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely collections of payments from client accounts.
• Coordinate the sending of invoices to clients.
• Monitor aging of invoices.
• Identify and correct billing errors.
• Provide customer service to clients regarding invoices.
• Effectively collaborate with others within the billing department, and attorneys within the Firm.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a legal billing department.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficient with electronic billing.
• Knowledge of Legal-X, T360, CounselLink, Legal eXchange, Legal Tracker and Quovant.
• Customer service experience.
• Collection experience.

Salary Range: $25.00-$35.00 an hour.
