Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking an experienced Attorney to assist in complex Products Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Catastrophic Injury cases in the Fresno, California office. A minimum of two years of litigation practice and/or judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.
The practice is fast paced and involves a busy research/motion practice, attending and arguing at court hearings, taking and defending depositions, and attending mediations and trials. Excellent academic background, and strong research, writing and communications are skills required.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
