What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Designer position at Gordon Prill?

Must be a US Citizen
Must be living in the Bay Area of California
Requirements:
- Experience designing clean rooms, laboratories and other intricate industrial facilities a plus
- BA or BArch
- LEED accreditation desirable
- Strong production and coordination skills using Autodesk Revit is required
- Strong skills with MS Word, Teams, Excel, Access and Project
- Knowledge of current Title 24, CBC and local Building and Fire Codes is essential
- Must have experience with Labs, Clean Rooms and Industrial projects
- Strong written and verbal communications skills required to coordinate work between in-house design team members
- Strong presentation and teaming skills to coordinate with client management and end-user representatives
- U.S. Citizenship mandatory due to client requirements
