Description: Electrical Project Manager
As a Project Manager with Gordon L Seaman Inc you will be responsible for Day to Day operations on various construction projects. You will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and financial performance of the projects assigned to you. Below is a list of detailed items you will be required to perform at a minimum in the position.
Individual must demonstrate ability to:
· Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, owners and construction personnel to discuss and resolve issues
· Must be able to manage time effectively
· Must be able to handle multiple projects and be able to prioritize information and deadlines
· Manage Project Financials, track and approve invoices, job cost and provide reporting to upper management
· Successfully Negotiate Change Orders
· Identify Risks and Potential issues, work with team to develop and execute recovery plans
· Manage project financials, review and approve invoices, track budget variance, job cost, and productivity, and report on financial performance.
· Act as the point of Contact with customers. Manage and Develop Relationships with Customers and Vendors
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 5 Years Experience in Electrical Construction or related activities
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to learn internal software system.
- Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
