Team lead/mover

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking to add two Team Leads to our Gordon Hauls family.

We’re hiring:

• One Full-Time Team Lead

• One Part-Time Team Lead (This position will transition to full-time in September.)

This isn’t a job for someone just looking to collect a paycheck. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy serving others, and want to be part of building something special.

Experience is REQUIRED.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has professional moving experience.

✅ Can confidently lead a crew.

✅ Provides outstanding customer service.

✅ Knows how to properly stack and pack a box truck.

✅ Handles furniture and customers’ belongings with care and attention to detail.

✅ Shows up on time, works hard, and represents our company well.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Ability to pass a drug test.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, leadership, and work ethic.

We’re currently paying our team as 1099 contractors, but we’ll be transitioning to W-2 employees within the next six weeks as we continue to grow.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
