In This Role You Will
- Calculate commission on sales orders.
- Create internal documents for various internal administrative departments to leverage in processing orders.
- Maintain knowledge of products.
- Enter sales orders.
- Review/verify data entry on statements.
- Troubleshoot, answer questions, assist sales representatives on pricing requests and provide conflict resolution to various commissions’ issues.
- Sort and process sales leads.
- Maintain folders, scan and file needed documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to sort, check, and verify numerical accuracy.
