What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm
- Engage guests by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized recommendations
- Become knowledgeable in our handcrafted spice blends, teas, oils, and gourmet products
- Help build beautiful merchandising displays in a brand-new store environment
- Assist with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Work collaboratively to establish strong team culture and high service standards from day one
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for food, flavor, and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a confident, positive presence
- A team player who is coachable, dependable, and eager to grow
- Comfort using basic technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Comfort working in a highly aromatic environment
