What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Human Resources position at Gordon Electric Supply?
Are you a strategic HR executive who sees people and organizational capability as drivers of business performance?
Do you enjoy developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and building people practices that create measurable results—not simply more process?
Can you bring strong judgment and an independent point of view to the executive table while developing others to lead effectively?

Gordon already has a capable HR team managing day-to-day operations. This role is intentionally focused at a higher level: developing leaders, identifying organizational opportunities and risks, improving how people systems perform, and connecting people investments to business and customer outcomes.
