What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Worker - Registration Office position at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary?
Function:
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Registrar, this position assists with office support and clerical duties, mainly a paper physical file audit project. This is a part-time 10-15 hours/week student employment position needed for the Fall 2025 semester. The student worker must be able to work in-person at the Boston campus. Applicants must be current, eligible GCTS students to be considered.
Job Qualifications:
• Organized and highly attentive to detail
• Ability to bend and lift up to 20lbs is preferred
• Capable of maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality practices
• Possessing basic computer skills and willing to learn new systems and databases
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting with file audit
• Scanning, filing, and basic data entry
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Registrar
Availability:
The student worker must be able to work in-person at the Boston Registration Office for a maximum of 10-15 hours per week throughout the Fall 2025 semester.
