What You’ll Be Doing
As a Collision Repair Technician at Gordon Chevrolet, you’ll perform high-quality repairs while working alongside a professional, production-focused team.
Repair collision-damaged vehicles to OEM specifications and dealership standards
Participate in daily production meetings to maintain smooth workflow
Perform structural and cosmetic body repairs using modern tools and equipment
Remove and reinstall panels, accessories, and vehicle components
Weld replacement parts and straighten frames accurately
Grind, sand, file, and finish repaired surfaces
Diagnose and repair related mechanical damage as needed
Stay current with I-CAR training and company safety standards

Ability to consistently produce 80–100 flat rate hours
