Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math transactions accurately at the end of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
- Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally in both restaurant and nightclub settings
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in fast-paced settings
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery
