As an Automotive Service Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, informative, and positive experience. Your ability to connect with customers, recommend needed services, and confidently drive sales will directly impact our reputation and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout their visit
- Maintain an enthusiastic, professional customer experience at all times
- Recommend needed services and confidently ask for the sale
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs
- Enter customer and vehicle information accurately using computer systems
- Create estimates and invoices for services rendered
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations and status updates
- 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles
- Proficient with general computer use for day-to-day work tasks, including entering customer and vehicle information, creating estimates and invoices, and using email
- Experience in a customer-facing role as the primary point of contact
- Experience recommending products or services to customers and asking for the sale (upselling/cross-selling)
- Valid driver's license
- Compensation expectations within $65,000–$105,000
- 5 Days Per Week
- No Weekends
- No late nights
