Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Loan Officer Assistant / Pre-Processor based in Florida. The role involves assisting a loan officer in moving the pipeline from lead to preapproval. This requires direct, daily contact with clients and supporting loan underwriting and processing activities.
Daily tasks include gathering and organizing required documentation, managing client inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan files. Your job is to get that file from lead to preapproval!
Qualifications
- Familiar with the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer, LOA, or processor
- CRM and LOS (Arive) experience
- Experience in customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of underwriting and loan processing procedures
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for managing loan applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in the mortgage or finance industry is a plus
This position is full time, remote, but location in the Tampa or Pinellas County area preferred
Hours can be between 8:30 and 4:30 or 9:00 and 5:00, but remain consistent.
This position is Salaried at $41,600 with bonus potential up to $77,600.
