🚨 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Loan Officer Assistant (Remote) 🚨

📍 Location: Tampa Bay area preferred (Fully Remote--East Coast time zone only)

KCL Funding Group is growing—and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to join our team part-time. This role is 20 hours per week, with consistent, agreed-upon daily hours. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and knows how to keep things moving behind the scenes.

✅ About the Role:

This is not a “grab coffee and take notes” kind of assistant job. You’ll be handling real tasks that directly impact the success of our clients and the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients
• L:icened applicants can take on additional duties
• Leave detailed updates in our CRM
• Follow up with leads and help manage the pipeline

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

• (FL) licensed Loan Officer preferred (but not required)
• Experience in the Real Estate industry or mortgage industry is a must
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and focused—you like a clean to-do list
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Experience with loan origination systems and CRM tools

💡 Bonus: If you're licensed in Florida, you may have the opportunity to receive leads and originate your own deals in addition to your hourly pay.

🕐 Hours & Pay:

• 20 hours per week
• Consistent schedule (Daily schedule agreed upon at hiring—no daily flexibility. For example you might work 8-12 each day or choose to work 12-4pm each day, but it will remain consistent.)
• Fully remote
• Hourly pay bonus potential for strong performance and client satisfaction
