What You’ll Do:
- Enter customer orders and quotes accurately
- Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally via phone, email, chat and text
- Solve issues and follow through until they’re fully resolved
- Represent the voice of the customer
- Build strong product and process knowledge
- Be dependable, your teammates count on you

- Accurate work with minimal rework
- Clear, timely, professional customer communication

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Pride in doing work the right way
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 1-year of customer service and data entry experience
- Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools
- Focus and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
