What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Gopher Painting?
Duties
- Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and spray guns
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine paint requirements and project specifications for both residential and commercial sites
- Execute construction painting tasks including plastering, stucco application, masonry finishes, and industrial coatings to meet project standards
- Maintain safety protocols on sites
- Attend Trainings free of charge to you!
- 40 hours a week guarantee
- No experience necessary, training is provided free
- Must have reliable transportation
- Work Outside!
- Work with Friends, if you and your friend both get hired you can work on the same crew!
- End of season bonuses bases on the number of hours worked!
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
