Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA, for a Technical Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, identifying and resolving customer challenges through technical solutions, presenting product demonstrations, and driving sales efforts.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Technical Sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities, especially on-premise AI deployment.
- Skilled in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong Technical Support and Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to address and resolve customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Korean language and business culture skills are a plus!
- Background in AI, SaaS solutions, or chip design is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
