We’re a local independent insurance agency backed by a national brokerage, giving our agents the best of both worlds: the support and collaboration of a local team, plus built-in service, industry-leading technology, and access to a wide network of insurance carriers.
We work hard, move fast, have fun, and take care of people. Our agents build their own portfolios and professional relationships while having a team in their corner to share knowledge, celebrate wins, and help navigate the challenges that come with working in insurance.
We’re looking for someone motivated, personable, dependable, and ready to build a career in insurance.
This is a sales-focused, commission-based position with scalable earning potential. You’ll work with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, shop coverage options, explain those options clearly, and help them make confident insurance decisions. You’ll develop your own network of clients and referral partners, follow up on opportunities, and grow your portfolio over time.
You don’t need an insurance background to succeed here. We’re looking for someone willing to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and motivated to build relationships and grow.

A Mississippi insurance license is required to start, but it is not required to apply. We’re happy to talk with the right candidate about the licensing process and timeline.
You do not have to live in Hattiesburg, but you must be a Mississippi resident, and must live close enough to reasonably commute to the Hattiesburg office location.
