What You’ll Do
In this role, you will focus on business development, relationship-building, and closing new opportunities:
Develop referral pipelines through Centers of Influence (realtors, lenders, and local partners)- Proactively generate new business through networking and community engagement
- Leverage opportunities within an existing book of business
- Quote, advise, and close personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella)
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Track and achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment

Qualifications
- Active P&C License preferred OR willingness to obtain (licensing support provided)
Prior sales experience is a plus (insurance, real estate, mortgage, or similar fields) - Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to generate and manage their own pipeline
