Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our Salesforce systems, analyzing and optimizing business processes, configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements, providing technical support and training to end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes within Salesforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to ensure our system remains up to date.
Experience And Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, including experience building flows for complex business processes tied to high-value projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred but not required.
