Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries.
- Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio, and providing a customized solution to mitigate household risk.
The team is responsible for generating new business revenue monthly, striving to achieve these targets individually and collectively. Account Executives receive comprehensive training in salesforce.com, sales process management, business development, and more.
Compensation
The first year's earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package varies slightly by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can significantly increase annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President's Club trip.
