We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our construction office, ensuring accuracy in financial processes and smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will have exposure to accounting functions and office administration, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Prepare and send customer invoices; track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Payroll Assistance:
- Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee time records.
- Assist with payroll reporting and compliance documentation.
- Administrative Coordination:
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and project documents.
- Manage office supplies and assist with purchasing materials as needed.
- Coordinate communication between office and field teams.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Input financial transactions into accounting software.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for audits and reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and use accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
