What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner / Driver position at Goose Creek Heating & Air Inc?
Warehouse Associate including parts runner & Driver w/ the ability to move up within the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Unloading delivery trucks
Pulling material for jobs and updating inventory software as needed
Picking up material and parts from various vendors
Sign tools in and out to employees and update logs with new inventory. Ensure returned tools are in good working order, repairing or replacing tools as needed.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
Some knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials is recommended.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate in an open work area with intermittent excessive noise.
Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate forklift.
Ability to safely pull trailer
Valid Driver’s license
Dependability and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to use significant independent judgment.
