Job Overview

America Tax Pros is hiring motivated and reliable team members for our Cochran, GA office for the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the tax and financial services industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No prior tax experience is required — training will be provided .

Pay & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance Bonuses: Available based on production, client volume, and overall performance
• Opportunity for growth within the company

Work Schedule

• Must be available to work office hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be able to attend required training sessions prior to and during tax season
• Weekend availability may be required during peak season

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
• Collect and organize tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, IDs, etc.)
• Input basic client information into tax software
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Support tax preparers and office staff
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to learn and follow compliance procedures

Preferred

• Previous customer service or office experience
• Interest in tax preparation, accounting, or financial services
