Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused YTM POD Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact Viewer and Creator channel programs. This role will directly manage the Strategic Program & Operations Leads (Viewer/Creator Leads) and is accountable for driving program vision, organizational alignment, and business outcomes at scale.
As a leader of leaders, the candidate will define channel strategy, ensure operational excellence across programs, and build a high-performing team that delivers on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth goals.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 - $189,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Channel Ownership
- Own the overarching strategy and vision for Viewer and Creator channel programs across regions
- Provide direction to Viewer & Creator Leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing priorities
- Identify growth opportunities, channel expansion strategies, and investment priorities
- Drive long-term planning including annual roadmaps, OKRs, and business cases
- People Leadership & Team Management
- Directly manage and develop YTM Program Leads (Viewer/Creator Leads)
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of program and operations leaders
- Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plans
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
- Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as the senior escalation point for cross-functional and executive stakeholders, including leadership teams
- Drive alignment across global/regional stakeholders and resolve complex dependencies
- Influence decision-making at senior levels through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction across all programs
- Program Governance & Performance Oversight
- Oversee execution of multiple marketing programs across Viewer and Creator channels
- Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting structures
- Review and guide WBRs (Weekly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Ensure consistent tracking of performance metrics, ROI, and program effectiveness
- Operational Excellence & Scale
- Drive standardization and scalability of workflows across channels
- Ensure operational rigor in program execution, resource allocation, and prioritization
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement cross-channel process improvements
- Balance strategic initiatives with execution realities across teams
- Marketing Innovation & Automation Strategy
- Define the vision for marketing automation across Viewer and Creator programs
- Guide teams in leveraging tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms) for personalization and scale
- Drive innovation in campaign execution, audience targeting, and lifecycle marketing
- Ensure measurable impact on ROI and efficiency through automation
- 15 years of experience in marketing program management, operations and digital marketing
- 8 years of strong digital platforms and media platforms in developing comprehensive media strategies across various digital channels
- 7 years of people management experience, including managing managers
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior/executive levels
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and process transformation

- Experience with marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, automation, analytics tools)
